dehydra-xref 0.1

I’ve been continuing my work on dehydra over the past week, and today filed bug 435814.  I’m to the point now where I can deal with most of the crazy things the Mozilla tree throws at me, but certain edge cases are blocking further progress (especially static members).  I realize most people won’t have dehydra build environments setup, but in case you want to play with the code and/or the resulting database (5.5MB), you can.
