‘mediate’ what?

Mediate between the consumer of this
apparently unlimited amount of ‘information’:
bytes of something (from someone),
and someone..

it reminds me of Lacan’s joiussance (sp?)
- the enjoyment that can be deadly
and repeats endlessly.

The immediacy (seeming to) obliterate the mediation
(seems to) obliterate the present moment and the ‘ones’ in ’someone’
as well embodiment, in space.

The book and the conversation restore that.

“I longed for companionship rather
but companions I always wished farther

I wish only for someone I would like to [byte]”
