PENELOPE WINTERS studies people. She empathizes with their experiences, and seeks to describe their joys – and tears – in such a way as to help the reader understand the multi-faceted diamond that is life. Her coming of age paralleled the birth of the Women’s Liberation Movement in the 1960’s and she is fiercely independent. Her walk with God has taken her down some unusual paths.
Penelope is interested not only in mental health issues; she is fascinated by the whole spectrum of human behaviour. Penelope lives in a small hamlet in Wellington County. While she has successfully staved off many male suitors, some of her best friends are men.
