Local author Lisa Dalrymple launches her new narrative non-fiction book for young readers in grades 4-8, Fierce: Women who Shaped Canada (Scholastic), on Saturday, March 2, 12:30 PM, at the Fergus Branch of the Wellington County Library (190 St. Andrew St. W., Fergus, ON.)
There will be refreshments, prizes, a button-making station, book swag and cake. Books will also be available for sale.
