Local author Sonia Day launches her new novel, The Newfoundland Lunch Party, A Sisters of the Soil Novel. With Recipes, on Saturday, November 23, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Local Pieces Gallery (126 St. Andrew St. West).
The event will include readings, Newfoundland folk music, and authentic island treats. The book will be on sale, along with some of Sonia's recent paintings.
Admission is free.
