BIEKE STENGOS was born in Belgium, came to Canada as a young woman, and has lived here ever since, with time spent in various countries overseas. With that many places in her heart, she feels that she belongs to the world, and much of her work is set in Belgium and in Greece. She has published short stories and poetry in various journals, and has won several contests for her short stories. Her website features her published work.
