Join facilitator Melinda Reidl for "Body Breath and Pen" writing workshops at Living Yoga and Health (105 Wyndham Street) on Saturdays, Noon to 2:00 PM on Saturdays from January 13 to March 3.
The workshops combine gentle movement, time to write, time to read, and time to connect. The cost is $225 for the whole 8 weeks, or you can just drop in for a single session for $30.
