Friends of Vocamus Press held its inaugural Children's Authors and Illustrators Festival last week, and it was a great time. There were activities and readings and face-painting and all kinds of fun.
It couldn't have happened without a huge amount of work from our Children's Literature Coordinator Sherry Lee and from our former coordinator Heather Embree. We'd also like to thank the library for hosting the event and all the authors for coming out and sharing their talents.
