First, we're partnering with the GPL again on the ETCH Teen Writing Contest, for teens in Grades 7-12, living in Guelph and Wellington County. This is a great opportunity for all the teens in your life. Please be sure and pass it on! – https://www.guelphpl.ca/en/kids-and-teens/teen-etch-.aspx.
Second, our Spring Retreat at Creiff Hills Retreat Centre will be running from June 21 to June 23 this year, and registrations are open! The VWC Second Saturday writers' hang-out is on March 9, 7:00 PM at Atmosphere Cafe on Carden Street. It's a casual and unstructured chance to meet with other writers, have a drink, and chat about what you're reading and writing. All are welcome.
