Vocamus Writers Community is pleased to welcome Doreen Volk.
Doreen grew up in Grenada with a very imaginative dad. She inherited his gift of storytelling. When she became pregnant, she moved to Canada to start a new life. She married a young man from the Netherlands; they have three children, six grandchildren and were foster parents of over 100 children in 25 years. Further personal growth was accomplished by becoming a successful business woman with a career in Real Estate. When she retired, with the encouragement of her husband of 53 years, Doreen wrote Walk With Me as a testimony about her life.
