Lauren Stein is a consultant to mental health professionals, businesses, non-profit groups, and religious organizations. I help groups to enjoy working together more, become more engaged and improvisational, think open, wide thoughts, and increase creativity, spontaneity, and bonding.
She leads improvisational workshops for the purpose of improving mental health, communication, relationships, and engagement.
She is an ordained Hebrew Priestess and officiate weddings and other rituals in Guelph and surrounding areas.
She leads started performing publicly at age five, and has been teaching drama, improvisation, and story-telling since 2007. She has had the privilege of working with tech companies, residential programs, a psych ward, clowns, actors, the National Film Board, students, survivors of human trafficking, librarians, actors, and families. She has performed one-woman shows and facilitated workshops in ten countries on four continents.
