LINDSAY BRANT-BRUMWELL grew up in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, Ontario, Canada. She currently resides in Fergus, Ontario with her husband and two beautiful boys. By day, she is a Distance Learning Program Development Specialist at the University of Guelph, and by night, she writes poetry (This Is Me Now), children’s stories (Fiddle and Dee and the Bedtime Band), and self-help/emotional health books (The Unshackled Soul). Lindsay does a wide range of blogging and freelance writing as well.
Lindsay pursued Undergraduate level studies at Trent University where she majored in English Literature and minored in Indigenous Studies in the Honours program. She then went on to achieve her M.Ed (specializing in Distance Education) through Athabasca University.
